Welcome to Ultimate Mirrors. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from Ultimate Mirrors, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
- "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Ultimate Mirrors.
- "You," "Your": Refers to the customer or website visitor.
- "Products": Refers to all mirrors, splashbacks, and related accessories offered by Ultimate Mirrors.

2. Orders & Payments
2.1 Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed via our website, in-store, or by phone.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by us.
- All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
2.2 Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in $AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
- Full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].
3. Mirror Installations & Payment Terms
3.1 Booking & Deposits
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm and commence any installation job.
- The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of job completion before final sign-off.
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.
3.2 Installation Process
- Our installation team will schedule a suitable date and time for the installation.
- Customers must ensure the area is clear and accessible before installation begins.
- Groundwork such as cabinetry must be completed first in order to ensure accurate measuring.
- If we arrive on-site and cannot complete the job due to restricted access, an additional call-out fee may apply of $150 inc GST.
3.3 Installation Liability & Customer Responsibility
- We take full care when installing mirrors, but we are not responsible for pre-existing wall damage, structural issues, or hidden defects that may affect installation.
- If additional wall reinforcement is required, this will be at the customer’s expense.
- Any changes or modifications to the job after installation has started may incur additional charges.
4. Splashback Warranty
- All glass splashbacks installed by Ultimate Mirrors come with a 10-year warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Adhesion failure
- Discoloration or peeling
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, impact, or accidents
- Installation carried out by third parties
- Natural wear and tear over time
- To make a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and images of the issue.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Metro Areas: 5-7 Business days
- Regional Areas: 7-10 Business days
- Remote Areas/out of state and globally: 10-15 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or peak periods.
5.2 Receiving Your Order
- Customers can opt for attended or unattended delivery.
- If you authorise "Authority to Leave" (ATL), you accept full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
- If re-delivery is required due to incorrect details or failed attempts, additional fees may apply.
5.3 Transit Damage & Lost Shipments
- Customers must inspect their mirrors upon delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution accordingly.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 No Change-of-Mind Returns
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect orders, or dissatisfaction with personal preference.
6.2 Defective Products
- Defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6.3 Non-Returnable Situations
- Damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling or improper installation.
- Custom-cut mirrors that cannot be resold.
7. Product Warranty
- Normal Mirrors: No warranty applies unless the product is defective upon arrival.
- Splashbacks: Covered by a 10-year warranty (see Section 4).
- Custom Installations: Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not damage from external factors.
8. Installation & Liability
- We recommend professional installation for all mirrors.
- Ultimate Mirrors is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper handling, incorrect installation, or misuse of the product.
- Any modifications to the product post-purchase void the warranty.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Ultimate Mirrors and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia Consumer Laws.
- Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation/arbitration/court, as required by applicable law.
13. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
